TERRIBLE
I purchased this room for my parents her were staying for my fathers birthday. It was an awful stay for them! They had maintenance called to room multiple times! Heat wasn’t working, toilet was broke and fan in bathroom never stopped running! It was an awful experience and the staff didn’t offer ANYTHING for all the trouble over the weekend. Absolutely pathetic and will never book with this hotel again!

After checking in, I was assigned to a room and ciuld not get in. Aftee 3 attempts back abd forward to the front desk i learned that someone was asleep in the room. A second room waa assigned abd adter 3 attempts only to find out that there was someone in that room. called security security came abd gave us a 3rd room. A great stay for your airport needs. The airport shuttle was very convenient! Clean room with a great bed and quiet during my stay. I enjoyed the gym every morning. However, it is pretty far out from most attractions and food places and the bathroom was pretty tiny with the toilet right next to the tub which made it uncomfortable but it did not bother me much. Overall a great stay if you want to be near the airport!
