This is a beautiful first-class hotel with second-class service, or at least not the service I expect in a first-class hotel. The man who checked me in (husky guy with glasses) and the man who checked me out (Chris) were great, but the clerks I dealt with in between were lacking even basic courtesy. Twice I found myself being stared at by multiple clerks while waiting to approach the desk instead of being invited forward. That is both rude and just bad training. Also my towels were taken away after the first night but not replaced, so I was left with just one towel the second day, and my coffee was not replaced either. There was considerable noise heard in the hallways and rooms above and to the side, which was more of an issue than the street noise outside. Considering I paid over $250 a night, I would not stay here again.
