Good but not great
Check in was pleasant. The room was quiet and the bed was clean. No odor which was very nice. However, the house keeping could pay a little more attention to detail in cleaning. The little side mirror had fingerprints. The floor could have been vacuumed better. The breakfast had eggs but no meat. They usually go hand in hand. Waffle batter and liquid were separated as if they sat out all night and was practically empty. If you know u have guests, even if not many, and u serve breakfast, you should put ur best and the freshest on the table for ur guests. That is the last impression they have before checking out. I can tell they did some renovation which was nice to see but still have ways to go. I will stay here again bc the staff is nice and accommodating. For the price I will be back.

The entire building was full of gnats. I had to go across the street to Walmart and buy gnat traps! There is no air conditioning in the hallways, there are dead plants in the front lobby, & the property is badly in need of an overhaul. My stay was miserable. I almost snapped when I realized some of the gnats had gotten into my car! This is my second experience with Expedia like this and I’ve learned my lesson.

Serviceable
The beds were comfortable. The beds were sturdy evidence by my 6 and 8 year old doing gymnastics from bed to bed. The hotel was quiet. My children enjoyed the breakfast. There were flies and a plethora of odors. I was there for a bike ride and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower was a nice touch. All in all the hotel was serviceable.

The person who checked us in was awesome and so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately though our room was not well cleaned. There was beard hair in the sink, bugs in the bathtub and a couple of flies in the room. It smelled musty and there were really gross white splotches on the bed skirt.

The property is in a convenient location. But the property needs renovation. The staff was nice. The bathtub had hair inside. The rooms had a musty smell. We will not stay at this property again.

Check in was nice quick and fast ., but the Hotel look dirty and need upgrade and carpets look in poor condition and bad colors walls., Furniture are old and broken. Bed looks very tired.
But the front desk are nice and professional.

The only thing is that the showers have no grab bars to hold onto. I have an unstable left leg and to get into the shower with nothing to hold onto is dangerous for me. This last visit I did not take a shower because of this. It's a scary situation for me. Other than that the visit was great.
