We asked for our room to be serviced by house keeping when we left for the afternoon and it was not done. We asked again when we left for our date and it still was not done when we returned. Not a bad hotel but definitely not worth $380 when your room is not serviced one time, instead just a bag of towels hanging on your door handle. Pathetic.

Awful experience. No access to the pool, no a/c in the gym, parking not available, housekeeping only every 3 days, and it’s very outdated. Carpet in the room was damp and there was no outlet in the bathroom.
The desk people and housekeepers, however, were mostly very nice.

Hotel located right in the downtown of the city close to everything but it’s only one plus about the hotel. Hotel itself is very very outdated, in our room ac regulator was damaged, missing one door in a shower, lock on the bathroom door broken. In a hallway wallpaper very old with a lot of stains on it.

Rooms by the elevator are aweful. You hear every time the elevator moves. Makes it a long night.

It is an older property which needs an update. There were small nails protruding from the area separating the tile and carpet.
Also, the carpet had just been shampooed that day and it was still wet at 1 am. When I checked in, I went to my room, it was already occupied. The hotel then changed my room. However, the hotel did cut my rate due to this inconvenience.

Horrible! Do not stay!
The stay was awful! The rooms are humid, dingy and dirty! I had to be moved because there was a hole in the wall. The room was filthy. I went to the upstairs bar and had to put my own chair down. The hotel staff was friendly. I overly paid for dinner at the restaurant located in the hotel. I didn’t even eat it and they still charged me and gave me an 8dollar discount and I only had 1 bite. It was terrible!

The hotel felt dated - the elevators were noisy, slow and shabby. The bathroom ceilings were low to permit drain pipes for the above room which lent a warren-like feeling. Any sound from the hallways or other guest rooms easily penetrated the unit. Overall not recommended.
