Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the fireplace, it made the cool evenings very cozy. The continental breakfast is generous and served for a good period of time (we are not the earliest risers!). It saved us a lot of money that we put toward nice dinners out. This is our second visit to the Monarch Resort and we'll definitely be back.

Liked the Amenities in the room ,fridge,microwave,coffee maker .
Bed was okay 👌 but can be better.
Short walks to the Monarch butterfly sanctuary and a very short drive to anywhere just about .
Enjoyed our stay and will likely visit again.

We had a last minute cancellation for other accommodations for a week in Pacific Grove. Monarch was able to accommodate us for a week. We definitely like the suite with the separate bedroom. The front staff was so helpful and pleasant! Easy to walk into PG for shopping and meals. Ocean is very walkable! Will stay here again!
