Two workers at front desk, the worker who served breakfast etc. ..all stuff I encountered were nice and helpful. The Room including bathroom were very clean. The interior of the hall and the front desk area etc need some improvement. They look very cheap, especially front desk

The rooms were great. The Hotel is being refurbished so the ground floor was a mess and both elevators were not working. We did get a heads up in advance about that but both elevators out? Luggage and stairs suck.

Remodeling was in progress but that was not the issue. Elevators were out did not get notified about this until the day we were arriving. We stayed for a week and had to climb 5 floors every day. We were told they had been fighting with the elevator company to fix it.
