Transient hotel off the highway. literally just needed a bed to sleep for 6 hours before we left on the road again. slow service, but polite. cheap mattress, springy. no soap in bathroom, only bar soap at sink.

It's not the best but far from the worst. Decent area rooms ok just not all fancy it's a place to lay your head. Had no problems at all and Zak was great

The room was dirty and filled with bugs. The space was ample. The beds were more like cots and uncomfortable. The shower was very dirty to the point we didn’t want to shower while there. The staff was kind.

Dirty hallways. Only two pillows. Forgot our towels. No tv remote. Got remote and tv didn’t work. Bed was hard as a rock.

Bad smell, dirty refrigerator, missing and damaged fixtures. Hole in wall. Bugs. Staff apathetic to situation and conditions. Empty vending machines. 2 ice machines not working. AVOID!! ZERO STARS!!

First, I schedules 2 Q beds and got 1Db bed. Then there was NO place to sit. Asked the front desk about this and they said we don't supply chairs and said take the chair that was in the lounge, which was a plastic chair. I differently saw chairs in there pictures on the website When I went to take a shower, there wasn't a shower curtain, so the water went everywhere . To top it off, after I woke up, I saw cockroaches everywhere. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Terrible! Do NOT Recommend
I did not stay! The door wouldn't lock & could be opened from outside with a push. The deadbolt didn't work & the refrigerator was hot. They said they would not charge me as i wasn't there for 10 minutes. Where is my credit? I still see a charge on my credit card.

Terrible
Very disappointed. So many things were wrong with our room. The room smelt of stale cigarettes, the lights didn't work, the curtains had a weird stain on them, the TV didnt work right, the towel rack was tore off the wall, the chair was broken and its back was completely missing. The bed was as hard as a rock. I wanted to shower before we checked out and my husband had to fix the shower door before I could do so. Absolutely terrible.

Do not recommend.
Asked to switch rooms because bed wasn’t made and room was dirty. They says they can’t switch my room but would bring up new sheets and pillow. Needed pillow and sheets for bed. Called a bunch of times and they said they would bring it up. Next time they said will bring up after shift change. That never happened. Called and asked again. No body answered. Go down to front desk and nobody in there and nobody will answer. Bed was very uncomfortable.

I sent message through Expedia, I was HC and needed a room were i can park at the door. I get there and the put me in the breeze way, not near parking. Then I could not get into the room, came back to office and told them, someone responded with master key, still would not work so he took me to a room on the outside where i could park by the door, how ever this room had basically old cots. Light weight collapsible frame with a thin mattress on top. The AC unit was missing from the wall leaving the wall exposed to the outside through the vents, you could see through it and insects and hot or cold air could fly right through. Then i discovered with all of that, there was no microwave or refrigerator. That was enough for me. I just left.
