The room climate was stuffy, but overall everything was good. Keith was very accommodating. AND those warm chocolate chip cookies were delicious!!!

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool with my grandson. Older property but convenient to Robins AFB and I would stay there again.

We needed a value priced option for a 3 night stay. This place we perfect. Our expectation was low and were pleasantly surprised. Service was attentive, friendly and breakfast space was clean, abundant and 24 hr coffee was decent.

My only issue is a gentleman was observed (I believe he was homeless) laying down under the fence out front bordering entry road and highway. He was also observed on sidewalk at the front door for several hours. There appeared to be no attempt from Hotel employees to get him to relocate. I believe this to be a safety issue.

Always a pleasant stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is nice. I travel to this location every 4 months or so to visit family. Never had a problem here. The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Property could use an upgrade or facelift. Great location, Good AC, Good Staff. Suite furniture is a little old. Fairly clean, although find some peanuts on the floor by the sofa.

Decent stay but room cleanliness & staff attention
Check-in went great, the gentleman at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and quick. Unfortunately, when we came back to the hotel the next afternoon, the woman at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge us. She was talking loudly on her earphones the whole time, which felt unprofessional and a bit rude.
The room itself was decent, but the bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. There was hair on the floor and the edge of the tub when we arrived, and even after housekeeping came the next day, it was still there. The AC worked fine at first but seemed to stop blowing cold air midway through the night.
Overall, not a terrible stay, but a few small improvements could make a big difference.
