Great find, amazing staff.
Great find for the price! Staff were absolutely lovely and even packed us a breakfast bag on the days we were out early.
Quite close to the airport and a few pigeons nesting so prepare for some noise but nothing a pair of earplugs can't solve.

This is a lovely hotel with great staff. It is in a quiet area of a very busy city but it’s only a 5 minute walk to be into the hubbub.
Breakfast is excellent.
The only (minor) issue is the pool is quite small and doesn’t get much sun but you don’t go to Chiang Mai to sit around a swimming pool so this didn’t bother us at all.

Excellent
We only stayed 1 night but loved it. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The bathtub was the highlight of the room for me. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The thai style breakfast was amazing. Staff and service was a 10 out of 10 for us. We wish we could have stayed longer. We'll be back for sure. Highly recommend.

Beautiful interior design. Wonderful staff. Easy walking distance to restaurants and wats and Sunday night market. Yet quiet area. The road to entrance is like an alley wide enough for one car, but there are streetlights along the road, and I felt safe. The pool is nice! I love that all the seats are positioned on the shadiest part, because when it’s hot outside, you don’t need the sun beating down on you too. Plenty of free bottled water provided. I would come back here again!

Booked smallest rooms, but were impressed with size of room/bathrooms, balcony for our room type was sized only for 1 chair but did lookout towards the mountains.
The staff accommodated our request for rooms next to each other. Luggage guy was friendly and helpful. Reception is tucked away, so unless you need them you don’t see them!
Good breakfast, nice room and staff, and food choices.
Hotel is on a quiet (but safe) tucked away street just few minutes walk from Wat Chedi Luang. On on this main road there were a few places to eat, a 7/11, massage place, and it was very easy to get a tuk tuk or Songthaew around town.
Would definitely reccomend.

Loved this hotel! Our suite was very large, clean and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The pool looked inviting, but we were too busy. Breakfast was yummy with lots of option. The staff were so kind and helpful. The location was close to many restaurants and shops. A major temple was also close. Wish I could go back again.

The hotel was cute with a very friendly staff. We were able to easily access markets, shops, food, etc. The hotel did not have tons of amenities but it met our needs! (One small restaurant open only at breakfast/lunch and a small pool).

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the old city. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast is excellent. The hotel is also eco friendly with reusable glass bottles for drinking water. Great place to stay.

Very nice property lucked off of the main drag but very easy to access by foot or vehicle. Across the street from a school which creates some daytime noise but the kids were super cute and didn’t detract from our stay.

This is a gem of a hotel in old town Chiang Mai, from the beautiful central pool to the large, clean and comfortable bedrooms, to the excellent service. We were in and out of the hotel bouncing to different locations around Chiang Mai and the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. They were amazing, as was our stay.

Beautiful Oasis
We stayed at the Barrio Lanna as part of our honeymoon and to celebrate the new year. The hotel itself is a beautiful Oasis with a garden entryway that leads directly to their beautiful pool. They provide complimentary drinks and treat every day that are fantastic, we often found ourselves stopping by on the way out or back from our excursions. The room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of great restaurants and the town square. I highly recommend staying here, we would happily stay here again.
