The room was the more expensive king suite that slept 6...it was not very clean, there was only a partial roll of toilet paper and there was white powdery stuff on the dresser and food on the pullout couch mattresses. Also the pool had a sign it was closed and after checking in and calling to ask the wifi password we were told the WiFi would be out our whole visit. This information would have been nice to have when I called the desk to check availability just minutes before i booked online, and also we showed up within 30 minutes of booking.The kids were unable to do anything and I feel it should have been priced less due to not having any of those listed accommodations.

Amanda was amazing both times we went there. The mini fridges hard to open cuz they were not tied down and you felt like it was going to tip over. Also the faucets were very loose. If they had a maintenance person that would fix a lot of things. Other than that it was pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the hotel needs renovation and upkeep. Our room was a bit noisy, both inside and out (refrigerator issues were reported on leaving). The hotel is located in an industrial area with heavy truck traffic; it's not an inviting place to walk around, if that's a priority.

It’s a satisfactory hotel. The breakfast was fine; it’s in a good location. However, the walls are so thin you can hear the neighbouring rooms. Especially loud are the people above. We heard every word and every step at 6 am.

A bit of a tired facility, but in a convenient location, clean, safe with easy parking, very helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast. Although the mattress and pillows were not too shelf, they were reasonable, clean, and staff provided us with extra pillows. The price of hotels nowadays is so high, but this was a good value for our travels through the area.

On arrival we were given a room that appeared to be very outdated with a bathroom that appeared to need cleaning. The floor was dirty with filthy walls. The staff was very helpful and changed our room. This room was more updated, but after searching for the TV remote and finally finding it under the bed along with trash left from previous stays. It appears the cleaning staff needs to be more thorough. I've stayed here several times in the past and did not have any issues with this property.
