Property was ok. jacuzzi was shut down during our stay. there isn't an area outdoors to sit. overall the facility served our purpose and a bonus is that it is pet friendly.

It was a unexpected overnight stay.
I was greeted warmly by the front desk employees.
The room was pleasant and comfortable.
In the morning it was lovely to see the common area filled with families.
I would definitely stay again should the need arrive.

It was an ok stay. I stay at this chain often for work and felt it was a good choice. The room smelled musty, the bathroom had mold on the caulk in tub and walls, room door was broken (fixed when checked in and broke again).

Good stay
The customer servive was wonderful. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The pull out sofa was a bit thin and you could feel the springs. Also, the shower gel was empty when we went to use it, although I'm sure they would have quickly rectified it had I asked.
