Just needed a quick comfy place to stay, it was perfect. Super friendly service… kind and caring. Room was clean and up to date and all that was necessary. Right next to a killer cafe spot which was perfect for grabbing a quick bite and coffee the next morning.

Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only negative - there was a lot of noise throughout the night of people walking above. Made sleeping difficult. No breakfast, but there is a lovely cafe right next door and a bakery across the street.

Lookes like family owned businesses. The lady at the reception when checked in was nice and friendly. Wifi was not strong enough. I had to move around inside the room to find the strongest spot of wifi. No laundry facility in the hotel. However, I do not recommend to do laundry in St.Augustine due to sulphur smelling in the water generally in this town.

Checking in was quick and easy. The room was on the first floor, and the bed was comfortable with basic amenities. The linens and towels were good quality, but the bed sheets were too small for a king-size bed. Additionally, the bathroom had a strong sewage smell. The shower curtain was dirty.

I wouldn't go back to that place. The bedspread had a stain and the room didn't look that clean. We were told by the lady at the reception that there was a shuttle to take us downtown every 15 min and that was a lie. It got expensive to Uber back and forth. And it took 45 min on a speedwalk to go downtown.

I’m not sure I have enough space to express my disappointment with this hotel. The room was dirty, mold in the toilet, no hair dryer and the strong odor of the cleaner they used I think it was fabulous made me sick. We tried leaving the door open and the bathroom exhaust fan on to help. I would expect more for 600.00 for 3 nights. My sister stayed in one of the cabins and had the same issues. It was our Christmas trip but we won’t be back. Almost forgot about the noise from the renovations. I don’t recommend this hotel.
