Fantastic hotel, value for money. Super nice, friendly and helpful staff. Location is perfect with regards to shopping, beach, restaurant, Palais, train station.
Only minus, no sun at the pool. And no extra benefits at the beach club like cheaper sunbeds or discount on food.

Lovely quiet and very clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, lovely staff. Very small pool but beach at 2 minutes walking (paid sun beds). Neighborhood fantastic with the best shopping streets all at walking distance as well as the beach, restaurants and the harbor.

Great stay! The pool area could use some TLC it was still nice, but we expected better -- we enjoyed cocktails and lounging across from the pool, but chose not to swim. We went to the beach instead. Everything else wa top notch.

The hotel private beach is chargeable
We were a bit surprised to find that the hotel private beach was chargeable - at 120 euros a day for two people! We also changed rooms as the first room was next to roadworks on the first floor.
But the hotel accomodated our change of room and it was clean, the food was nice, the location very good. We didn't feel it was good value as quite easily could have stayed in the older part of town, for the price we felt that private beach access should have been less. We used the public beach and it was great.

Hotel was nice but did not like the bathroom open layout. Shower situation was a mess! Super uncomfortable for 3 people. I hated the bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic & service was good. Would not recommend the room we had.

Shower in bathtub is not my favorite and the water pressure is simply not there.
Road works and construction going on from 7am which is not something the hotel can do anything about but ask for a room on a different side.

The air conditioning in my room did not work. There were no other rooms available to move to. I told the hotel I had to move hotels which I did 4 hours after I checked in. The hotel charged me $670.75. I am disputing the charge.
