Never Again Refund Asap
My stay at Holiday In Resort/Waterpark was incredibly disappointing. There was only one working elevator throughout the entire resort ,14 building (Imagine that) one working elevator. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns about locating my room. It’s took us 30 minutes to get to our room having to walk up the stairs to 5th floor. Once we reached the room and started to unpack my belonging the back of my leg got cut by room bed railing. Manger never contacted me to apologize no common courtesy, sent another team member to our room to fill out an incident report. After fillings out the incident report the team member informed me that Management would reach out to me in 20 minutes. Long story short management never contacted me after giving them my personal phone number. So upon checking out I requested for a manger to come out still not apology, no complementary anything . So I requested a full refund received one that supposedly should refund and waiting on my other one too get approved back from HOTEL.COM. Imagining yourself in my shoes family of 6. I felt so bad for my children they didn’t get expierence the waterpark or any amenities. And thank GOD Im the one as an ADULT who got hurt instead the kids getting cut by railing.This situation really hurts my feeling because there was really no empathy showed just back customer service and we were visiting 2 hours away.I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
