Don't stay!
The condition of the hotel was terrible. There were no towels in the room, there were stains on the carpet and stains on the sheets. The service also was not good.

Safety is top priority
Our overall stay was good. The lobby area wasn’t clean from where something had been spilled for a while and not mopped. When you enter a place, the cleanliness says a lot. Lastly, the door to the back entrance wasn’t secure. Anyone could walk up and just pull it open. You didn’t have to use the room key. This made me feel very unsafe.

Disappointing stay
1. No way to darken the window, so bright light flooded the room through the night. When we asked at checkout if all the rooms were like that, we were told, no - only that room. Other rooms were available, but we didn’t realize it was an issue until we were climbing into bed. Why were we put in that room when they knew the problem? 2. Picture half-hanging in the wall. 3. Long black hair on tub. 4. Tub dripped water all night. 5. Sluggish toilet. 6. No coffeemaker in room. 6. Rude young lady at desk for checkout. We were very disappointed in this Wyndham property.

We have stayed here in the past and all was ok. This time, elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. The shower was broken. Went down for breakfast and there was no food. Biggest reason we decided to come back was the free breakfast making it convenient.

I had a great stay at this hotel last year. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant. One of the highlights was their complimentary peanut butter sandwiches—they were such a nice touch! I enjoyed them so much that I decided to rebook the hotel for my return trip. If I ever travel through Hattiesburg again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Check-in staff was very professional and welcoming. Breakfast was not good and breakfast staff was very rushed. I'm assuming she hasn't used to having so many patrons?? She was slow, put utensils in upside down, didn't act like she wanted to be at work today. Facility was as described but i guess for the price i was expecting something better kept.
More spacious rooms. Pool area was good but no towels available.

We loved our stay, but the information they gave us with our key card was incorrect. The hours were wrong for the pool and it said they had a PB&J bar in the evening. My husband and daughter were very disappointed there was no PB&J.
