Some positives, but wouldn't stay again

The front desk service was prompt and friendly. The bed was comfortable, the heat worked, the breakfast was good, and the bathroom was clean. However, the sofa was stained, the bathroom door damaged and lock missing, the thermostat was circa 1980s and the last guest's underwear was still on the floor. It was not worth what we paid to stay there.
