Spa Casa de Campo has 12 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa. Other services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages and Swedish massages. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy and reflexology. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a hot tub and a steam room.

We arrived to the main entrance gate and no one was able to find our reservation, so we had to wait a few minutes, security at the gate asked for us to lower our back window as if we were some kind of suspicious individuals. then they sent us to an office area and there we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to verify we had a reservation (which they couldn’t find at all) even though I booked over 2 weeks prior to checkin. That was a little disappointing since Expedia is one of the largest online travel booking websites which also is partnered with Fine Hotels And Resorts. After being inside Casa de Campo, everything was amazing. When checking out they also kept us there for a few minutes and asked to open our trunk!! We had our baby with us and felt all of that was totally unnecessary.
