As an extended stay, I did ecpect utensils and pots/pans etc in the room, were not provided. Everything else was great.

Staying at the Half Way House
This extended stay hotel does not advertise that they are acting as a half-way house or some other type of rehab facility. I am not sure what type of housing was being arranged, but these were not extended stay workers or travellers.
It was noisy, in part because there are no carpets in the rooms, so that people above can be heard through the ceiling.

There are 3 adults staying in a 2 queen beds room. There were only 2 sets of towels, only 2 cups for water, etc. Did Hotels.com not tell them there are 3 adults? And no ice and no coffee, tea, etc.

I knew we were in trouble when I asked for another set of towels because we only had two and there were three of us. I was informed the process is for you to bring your dirty towels down to the front desk and exchange them for clean towels…The property was noisy all night with kids running and making loud noises.

Hated everything. Room was dirty no dishes in room no coffee maker. Had to get my own towels and toilet paper. Talked to manager and would do nothing to make right.

1. The building is newer with nice flooring and structure.
2. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
3. Nice kitchen and fridge. I wish I knew that there was no cooking or eating utensils. We had to buy everything.
4. The website said the hotel was on the lake. But it's a dirty little pond.
We'll definitely stay there again. We just need to pack our own utensils.
