Poor entry/ check in plan. AC didn’t work and it’s clear they know it’s and issue. Just a terrible hotel lay out and too much updating needed in it.

Nice hotel in prime downtown location. There is a parking garage (free)- you cannot park on the street overnight. Entire hotel smelled amazing, fresh and clean.

Check in was easy and front desk manager was lovely. Keene is extremely walkable and felt safe. Hotel is a lovely property. Clean and well maintained. Free coffee in the lobby was a welcome perk. Breakfast lovely with many options.

We rented a 2 floor suite and the ac didn’t work at all on the second floor. We asked them to fix it twice. They didn’t. They refused to move us to another room.
They said ‘well, it’s an old building.’
A total disappointment for the price we paid.
