Handicap room was not good for my handicap father. Small room, with 2 beds and one chair on wheels with hardwood floor. Knob falling of shower and cannot adjust pressure. My elderly father was not happy that they don't even come and tidy the room up and dump garbage and restock toilet paper and towels. We were there three nights.

I had my dog with on this trip. Her food needs to be refrigerated. When we got to our room, I immediately put her food in the refrigerator, and the ice pack in the freezer. Next morning when I went to get it, it was room temperature, and the ice pack warm. I had to throw both away. I’m hoping to get some reimbursement from my loss.

Would not recommend quality Inn to anyone. We asked for an ADA room we received one with a tub. The tub had no nonstick bottom on the tub or rails to get in and out of the tub safely.
