The room was clean and to our liking. Except for the electric window shade that wouldn’t come down at all!!! Not good for next morning brightening the room before we were ready to get up!!

Great place to stay!
Great hotel! Pet friendly, great breakfast, very clean & friendly staff. Very safe area. Large grassy area for the pets. The hotel even supplied us with a list of local stores & restaurants with addresses & phone numbers going above & beyond for their guests!!

Good hotel and friendly staff
This hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The pool did not have water in it and based on the price I wouldn't have paid that had I of known the pool was not usable.

Horse show family and kids with me and my dog. Service was amazing, door cards kept deactivating so we had to keep getting new ones, but they were always happy to help us☺️

A very nice stay. Only issue was the sound proofing between rooms. Our "neighbors" had very energetic children. Staff was great. Very helpful. Sent us to a great restaurant.

Definitely one of the older hotels I’ve stayed in. Very disappointed in how poorly the room was cleaned - or not cleaned.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Booked a double but when I checked in none were available had to get a king with pullout couch. Hotel is under renovation and has been for 3years per staff. Pool was closed and hot tub has been filled in with concrete. Overall room was great comfortable and pretty clean. For 1 night it served its purpose.

Bathroom was dirty. Shower had hair in the tub and walls and the sink had dried up toothpaste. There were 2 roaches crawl around the mini refrigerator and air conditioning was leaking. Maintenance came and fixed the problem it the carpet was soak and wet around it.

Great stay except for very loud guests all night
The customer service was good. The room was perfect. The only reason I give my stay a 4 is because our room was right beside the elevator and you can hear it all night and people were up going back and forth all night. Their children were running through the halls and they were all very loud. There should be some type of rule to not allow this all night. I will stay again but never will I get a room close to the elevator.

I know they were doing renovation BUT our room did not have a TV remote and no Closet to hang our clothes. The bathroom floor was dirty and some left food in the refrigerator. The breakfast was horrible. They only had a few bagels and and they were gone by 8:00. The amount of money we paid for this room I could of stay at the Hampton Inn. I am very disappointed at Holiday Inn Express.

there was construction going on the floor.
they tried make clean air but there were paint's small.
everything was fine but the breakfast was terrible because they didn't care of customer for food. just put what they have which was very poor.
I didn't even see hot water for just one cup of tea
