It was awful. 88 degrees at night and no A/C in the rooms. Room was unbearably hot! Ice machine broken. Large group of people sitting in the parking lot between 2 mini vans with the doors open partying at midnight. Felt very unsafe.

The only thing to commend this property is being pet friendly- which you can smell the minute you walk in. Dirty room, stained and minimal towels, ancient a/c barely works. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This is a dive.

Earlier this month, I received a 24 hours to vacate notice unexpectedly. This caused me great anxiety and little time to move all my belongings. No where for my dog or me to go. Initially I had stayed at a different hotel in town before arriving here. I didn't think the previous hotel was terrible but holy cow am I happy I gave this place a shot. America's Best Value is by far superior. Great price! The room size is livable. I've been here for a couple weeks now
Both the rooms and the common areas are clean. Hot water for days! Then there's the staff. Every staff member I've talked to has been remarkably kind, personable, and helpful. As a single female traveling alone as I try to get out from under an eviction- I could not be more appreciative of the relief I have had to feel safe here. I accredit that to the staff members themselves, and for the effort they put into making sure you have a great stay here.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our room and the whole hotel smelled so bad. We didn’t even have pillow cases for our pillow and they wouldn’t give us any. The shower and vents and shower curtain were so moldy we left with sore throats and stayed for only five hours until we could drive again and left immediately.

Sheets were stained (ink, miscellaneous, etc) bathtub had hair in it, couch pull-out mattress springs were broken, most light fixtures didn’t turn on, nearly no electrical outlets. Over priced hotel for the very poor quality.

We did not feel safe here. The peep hole was broken and people could look in your room. The curtain didn't close. Chipped furniture and rusty curtain rods and chair trim. Torn chair. Brown crimpled paper on the 3 large windows by the office. The outside door to the parking lot didn't lock and it was 10:30 at night and the person from the hotel said it didn't lock all the time. Not up to Expedia standards.

Comfortable, cheap, clean, straightforward.
This was the cheapest option to stay a night in St. Cloud, besides slumming it in my own car at a Walmart parking lot (which I had actually considered). Nonetheless, I'm glad I elected to stay here. The staff is very friendly, and they are willing to accommodate anything within their power. It was quiet, comfortable, and there were lots of TV channel options. I would stay here again, easily.
