The staff were extremely rude and did not want to give us towels. The managers were walking up and down the halls and giving us problems saying that they had noise complaints for the tv being too loud. And there are no microwaves in the rooms.

This is the perfect location ifyou're going to a concert at the Ford center. The rooms are clean and comfortable and all you got to do is walk through the parking lot to get to the venue. Very convenient.

Too close to concert venue. Friendly front desk.
We were not aware ahead of time that there was going to be a very loud metal rock concert next door the night we stayed. It made the stay very uncomfortable and unenjoyable:/ The pool and hot tub were closed as well which was also very disappointing. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the weather but the concert was too loud. Couldn’t sleep until concert was over.
