Staff was nice. Nice bed. Fire alarm started beeping after my family was asleep. The hot tub was nice but did not allow my kids in the pool because it was green. Breakfast was decent but not hot enough.

The staff was most accomodating and friendly! The luggage carts were the best we have ever seen, a small thing- but a big thing. The room was impercable, linens crisp and new. Bathroom amnenities were plentiful and good. We would stay there again if we pass thru Gallup!
