Overall great stay!
It was a great stay overall! However, our key stopped working twice.Sunday night, the representative was sleeping at the front desk and I had to wake her up to reactivate our key because it stopped working.

Roaches, Roaches, and more Roaches. Absolutely disgusting. I killed at least 10. I am scared they are in my luggage. I will have to unpack my luggage before i take it inside my house!!

Not sure if hotel is going through a renovation but some aspects were good and others not. The carpet and bed was nice. The bathroom was dated. Tv didn’t work.

First room I was checked into had a cockcroach on the mattress. The couch and carpet was dirty and worn. The staff was nice. Breakfast options were very limited and did not even have ketchup for eggs

Smoke smell in a non smoking room. Reeked to the point of giving headaches. Black mold on doors and mirrors. Graffiti etched on walls

There was blood on the bathroom walls. The comforter looked like it has not been washed in years. There was mold in the sink. The air conditioner was out.

It was a good overnight stay. Just a lot of people traveling. Very loud, but that happens. I had to go somewhere else for breakfast because all the food was gone at 8:30, and the hotel didn’t make anymore. Everyone in line ahead of me packed their plates. I scraped a spoonful of eggs out of the pan. No cereal, no more fruit or yogurt. It was all gone.

Was not as fresh and clean as past visits. Needs refurbished. Also billed for 1 night for having to leave a day early. No working clock. Fire alarm went off around midnight on one of the nights.
