Hot tub far from hot
We were excited to soak in the hot tub on a cool evening in the mountains, part of the reason why we booked this hotel. We found that the thermostat was locked on 98 degrees, so our warm soak was disappointing, more like sitting in old bath water:(

Clean hotel in Ouray
We stayed here in Ouray for 3 nights. Easy to access the hotel, the staff was very personable and helpful. Good breakfast. Quiet stay. Property is maintained well.

I Woke Up to This!
We entered Ouray from The Million Dollar Highway in the dark while snowing and foggy.
The scenery is the highlight of the stay.
The staff is friendly Morgan and Luke at the front desk were warm and welcoming. It was clean. I requested extra towels Ana they delivered! I was comfortable and spent so much time hiking, visiting galleries, shopping and eating and awestruck by beauty that I fell fast asleep as soon and my heat hit the pillow. I’ll be back!

One night in Ouray
Arrived a little after the earliest check in time and was helped right away. Check in went smoothly. My room was on the first floor which I liked; no stairs to climb. the Inn is within short walking distance to main street. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I will stay here again when I visit Ouray.

Not what it used to be
We stayed in a room with two beds. One of the beds was lumpy and uncomfortable and the other one was firm but okay. The breakfast was the worst we ever had at this place. The few available choices were sugary items. The fresh fruit consisted of old-wrinkle oranges and apples. There was a noticeable lower quality since we stayed at this motel in the Fall of 2022. We will definitively stay somewhere else the next time we visit Ouray.

Unethical business practices.
The hotel was unethical in their business practices with Hotels.com. I booked and paid with one price the morning of check in and the hotel conveniently "lost" my reservation and charged a higher price if I wanted to rebook.
We do business in this area frequently and will not book here again.

Check in didn’t go smooth, weird smell, super strong in bathroom, then office called cause we had fan on from smell, and told us to turn fan off, got headache from smell. Breakfast was out of most items, took almost 30 min to restock coffee. It was busy weekend, might be better on a different weekend, just from smell alone in 114 I would not go back
