OK
Hotel was Ok for the price. Room was very small for a twin. Good location for walking to train station and the Old Town but the area the hotel is situated in is Questionable. Very Noisy Area around the Hotel 24/7 and we had to keep Window open all night as Room was too hot for us. This didn't help matters with Noise.

Hotel close to “action”
This hotel is very close to the sights and was a good hotel overall. However, the neighborhood is not great. The small hotel is above a pretty hopping coffee shop and very, very close to a strip club (next door). Lots of action at night. We heard music, shouting, laughing, partying, sirens, etc. non stop. Weed smell for blocks. The staff can’t do anything it’s just the neighborhood.

Good hotel, close to train station. Loved the large room, the free bottled water in the room, and the free coffee machine in the lobby. Friendly staff. Would recommend for a short stay.

This hotel was a good choice for balancing access to the main train station and the heart of the old city. The room was clean, but kind of awkward when traveling father/son with the frosted glass being the only privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom. There was also a weird exposed wire thing next to the bed on the floor. However, it was clean and comfortable and just what we needed for a quick trip to Munich.

Good basic stay, but expensive
This is a good, basic hotel. There are no great comforts, but it has everything you need.
The location is not the greatest, whilst it’s only 5 mins from HBF, it’s in a questionable part of the city with lots of street drinking, drugs and intimidating behaviour. That said, it’s only a 10 min walk from the Cathedral etc.
My stay was over the period of Adele concerts in the city so I think the price was slightly elevated. It was a lot of money for what we got.

Lovely hotel and room. Great staff Only comment I have is the set up for the bathrooms which aren’t separate rooms to the sleeping area: the toilet has a frosted wall and door, and the shower has a partially frosted wall and door. Could be awkward is you’re not at “naked friendly” level with the person you’re staying with.

Clean and comfortable low-end hotel
Conveniently located near Central Station and a delicious Afghan restaurant at the doorstep, but a bit of a walk to the main tourist centre around Marienplatz. Our room was very comfortable and clean, daily room service was professionally done. The room was spacious enough. But the shower had a slight smell and the AC didn't seem to work too well. Also, the view from our room was an outdoor staircase connected to the building, which was not attractive and didn't feel overly safe. Plus there was a bright light outside the window at night meaning complete darkness in the room was not possible. Overall, reasonable value for a clean and comfortable room to crash on a short stay, but don't expect any luxuries, and know there is no iron.

we had to wait for our room way longer than what they told us originally….
There were other guest who came after us and got rooms before us but we had to wait way longer, maybe favoritism to others to say the least …
the rooms are extremely tiny and bathroom doors were made of glass, hard to close and very inconvenient.
Homeless and gangs on the streets playing loud music late at night made it very hard to sleep.
