Island Inn at Sanibel Island
Really loved this place. Right on the water, about 75 feet from back porch to ocean. Private and peaceful, everything a weekend getaway should be like. Will definitely be returning.

The property is a little isolated and awkward to drive into. The view of the beach is beautiful and access is great. The amenities are a little limited.

The Inn was a nice place. However be careful what web site you make your reservations with. They tell you there is a pool, complimentary breakfast. These are no more. After the hurricanes the pool is gone as well as then doing a breakfast for there customers. Rooms were spacious but it does come with a price.

The best part of this is having private beach access and our room right there in walking distance. The staff was amazing! Special thank you to Glory, John and Ken + the housekeeping staff! Always so kind and welcoming. Will definitely be back in the near future!

Island Inn is far beyond our expectations. Check in with Ken was awesome. Its more than a room irs an apartment with full kitchen, screened balcony overlooking the Gulf of America. One of the best places on Sanibel for sea shell hunting. Clean, nice furnishings.

We stayed in a room with an absolutely breathtaking view, the perfect way to start and end each day with the sound of the ocean. The front desk service at check-in and check-out was fantastic – friendly, welcoming, and efficient.
The beach is spectacular – peaceful, clean, and ideal for relaxing or shelling. Everything at the hotel is well cared for and thoughtfully maintained.
It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, nature, and exceptional hospitality!

Given the recent devastation caused by hurricanes to Sanibel Island, the Island Inn has bounced back remarkably. Good people and good accommodations. We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan on doing so again.

Wonderful stay
This is one of the absolutely best places on Sanibel to stay. Even post hurricaine x 2, the accomodations are extremely clean and well managed. Shelling and beach access here, was amazing!!

for what the hotel offers. It doesn't have a gym, there's no restaurant, they don't have a pool. Nothing to do in that hotel
