The hotel smelled like a dog, then the whole floor we stayed on smelled like marijuana. The couch bed was very uncomfortable. We had initially booked three nights and only stayed one.

I never checked into this place and my card was charged twice. called both the hotel & Expedia to get my money back & both parties tell me that should be able to get it back yet I still haven't received my money or notification as about the issue. horrible customer service.

I like the quietness and atmosphere. Attendant was pleasant. However, I don't care for dogs/cats. I wish the owners with animals had a special section of the hotel to stay in so that people that don't care to be around wouldn't have to be confronted with them.

The lobby was sketchy, the room was half way clean looking, no toilet paper, toilet was stained, floor was dirty, coffee pot was broke, and morning staff person was not happy to be at her job or to see us come to the desk. So all in all I’d rate this stay a 5 out of 10.

This is an extended stay hotel. Meaning people live there and rent daily weekly or monthly. Not what we were expecting. As soon as we pulled in there was a lot of hanging out in the parking lot and things were not typical for a vacation stay. Would not recommend this place.

Not as handicapped accessible as should be but overall it was good. The Manager and the director of Maintenance are outstanding people and work well as a team. He made the accommodations very comfortable. To the Mr. and Mrs. managerial team we thank you. Outstanding, especially with putting our needs first. Ben would be an outstanding candidate for overall management. Thanks

Recliner and hideaway bed were both broken. The air worked, but because it had been set high before we got there, it took most of the night to get it cool.
Previous visits were great. Could have been just a bad room and they were fully booked.

Overpriced for the quality. We checked in very late from a really long day on the road and our room was a disappointment.
AC needs maintenance and would never kick on.
Shower needs maintenance and dripped continuously.
“Office” style chair needs maintenance and wouldn’t adjust up or down in height.
No bedding provided for pullout sofa bed, and even if they did, the mattress was incredibly thin and worn. So our daughter just slept with us in the king.
After a long day on the road, this was a real let down.

It’s a beautiful Hotel, BUT the negligence of management's lack of accountability to hold staff accountable for cleanliness is a huge misstep for this property. My room had hair on the counters, sink, pillows, sheets, and bathroom floor. Urine stains on the bathroom floor. The room was not cleaned. No extra towels. What hotel doesn’t have extra towels? No one vacuums or sweeps. I never saw a cleaning crew with a vacuum. They just mop and it’s a bad job. The walls need to be wiped down with water and soap. The carpet throughout the property simply needs a deep clean. If they focused more on cleaning and not allowing the staff to get away with shortcuts in cleaning this property would get 5 starts.

Quick trip to family
The hotel is conveniently located but is need of a refresh. There is no complementary breakfast at this hotel. I asked for a accessible room, with grab bars in the tub for example, but did not get one. I would consider staying there again.
