Awesome hotel
Our experience was great. Everything was nice and clean in and out of the hotel room. My only complaints were the area the toilet paper is placed and the pillows were terrible. The continental breakfast was very good and the area was always kept full and clean.

This property is overrun with drug users and the staff claims they’re helpless to do anything about it. I had a portable generator get stolen while it was running and charging my boat batteries. I was parked right up against the building. It happened in broad daylight while I went inside to use the restroom.

I found the bed and pillow very comfortable. I have stayed in many other hotels that were uncomfortable. We did not stay for breakfast. The hotel was convenient, next to Starbucks. Would stay there again.

New Hotel
I recently had the opportunity to stay at a new hotel in the area, where I found the staff to be exceptionally professional and accommodating. The rooms were satisfactory and maintained a comfortable temperature. However, I was disappointed by the location, as it was marred by the presence of homeless individuals in the vicinity, which raised concerns about safety. Regrettably, based on these factors, I would not consider booking a stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very clean. Check-in went very well. From there it was down hill. I'm 6'2" tall and the top of the mattress didn't reach my knees. Also, the mattress was not supportive at all. When I sat on it I sunk into it about 6". It was like sitting on marshmallows. With my arthritis, the low bed height made it very difficult to stand up. And the bed was so soft that neither one of us got a very good night's sleep. I called both "wake-up call" and "front desk" at about 9:45p. to request a wake-up call, and no one answered the phones. So I went to the front desk. No one was there, so I pushed the button, and Roberto came out of the office. He said he never heard the phones ring. The phone was ringing at the time, and it was quite loud. Roberto took my wake up request for the next morning. That went OK. Your rooms at this facility do not appear to have very good, if any, sound-proofing. I was in Room 108, and could hear any noise coming from the lobby --- TV, people talking, etc. That made it very difficult to get to sleep. Finally, the full breakfast on Thursday morning was just fine. All in all, I think I'd have to think twice before I ever booked another room at a Holiday Inn Express again.
