Nice place but dissapointed
The accomodations where not quite as expected. Front desk is across the Major street from the resort.. We expected a kitchen but apparrently the room description was not clear that you either had a balcony view or a kitchen. so we had a view no kitchen. there was no table of any kind to eat on, unless we ate outside on the balcony, however the weather did not permit that. The pillows on the king size bed were terrible 2 pillows each smaller than standard size and so flat it was like having none. We did no use the pullout couch however if we had to use it there would have been no way for one of the king size bed people to get around without climbing over somebody. Lovely Jacuzzi shower was a small stall. It is also the first place that asked me, on the checkout list, to bring our own trash to the dumpster! Dishes and glasses where provided with microwave. dishes had to be done in the bathroom sink.

Beautiful views, big room, needs updates/fixing
We spent the weekend to check out the foliage and explore the area. We really just needed a place to sleep so we weren’t looking for much but the room in Zurich could use some TLC. The green carpets with visible cuts weren’t expected, there are a few soft spots in the floor, the fire place doesn’t work, the floors and walls are paper thin as we could hear everything going on with the people down stairs. The jacuzzi tub stopper doesn’t hold so we had to keep filling it up. Again, we just needed a place to sleep but liked that it had extra amenities however those extra amenities weren’t much of use. Not to the fault of the business but the internet got taken out by high winds during our first day there and never came back on and cell service is almost non existent so that was a struggle also. We would definitely stay again, maybe a different room or hopefully they update/fix that room. The views are amazing, the staff was friendly, the property is gorgeous and hopefully we come back and have more time to explore the entire property!

I was awestruck with how many amenities were available. I only stayed overnight but how I wish I could have stayed longer. The room was wonderful, and the bed was literally the best bed I have ever slept in (including my own)! The deck was isolated and I spent the night stargazing, something I cannot do at home due to city lights. The scenery with the fall foliage was the icing on the cake. I would definitely come here again!

We stay for a night and drive up to Mt. Washington. The resort is super close to the toll house - which is important for us. We didn't use the pool, so not sure about it, the hot tub in the room is great! Other than that, the room is generally old, some of the closet doors cannot be properly closed. Carpet seems a bit dirty... but it's a place we would like to hang out with friends if we ever come to Mt. Washington again.

Dreadful. The rooms were poorly set up with a king size bed in the main living area, a slippery tub/shower set up, a door to the balcony that was locked on the inside and resulted in one of our party being locked outside on the balcony. It was depressing and we only stayed for one night of our two night prepaid reservation.

Although I gave Nordic Village a 5 star rating we were not happy that Expedia showed a different picture of a room than what we received. We thought we were getting two rooms with one having recliners and a tv, however, we only received one bedroom. Not the fault of Nordic Village. Wrong picture with the price on Expedia.

It was a very quiet room with a beautiful view and LOTS of things to do in the general area. The bed was very comfortable and we rested well after the daily activities. The jacuzzi was a nice touch but clearly needs updated. That said, we booked a superior room with a kitchen, did not get that, and still paid for that, sadly. There is no daily housekeeping and you’re responsible for throwing all your trash away in the dumpster upon checking out. If you needed extra things for the room (towels, toilet paper) you had to drive to the rental office to get them. Though the around the resort was lovely, if we are up in NH again, we will be staying elsewhere.
