Very disappointed
It’s a 3 star hotel advertising and charging like a 5 star hotel. I paid for a deluxe room which was on 3rd floor. I have a bad knee so asked to be put on first floor. They do not offer deluxe rooms on first floor so was downgraded to a premium room which was directly across from the bar. Music was loud but stopped around 9:30pm. Food prices very high for quality of food. Free breakfast was adequate. Beach sand was gravelly and difficult to get into and out of due to the level of gravel you had to go thru which was at an incline. It clearly needs upgrades. The sliders to verandas are old and heavy. Very difficult to open. Bath towels only provided in rooms. Had to ask for face cloths and smaller face towels. Laundry staff stated they don’t provide them in the room because guests steal them. Could only get U-tube on Tv even after someone checked it out. Asked for a credit to my card several times due to the downgrade. It was still not addressed when at the time of check out. I would not recommend this hotel for what they are charging until they upgrade to the level equal to the cost of staying there.
