Best Hotel in Florence/Firenze
We stayed in several hotels while in Italy and this was one of the best choices and stays. The service was awesome and the rooms was great. Cute and cozy!
Cute and cozy hotel not far from the train station and city center. Everything is within walking distance but if you prefer the bus, a bus stop is nearby. They serve a continental, self-service breakfast that is adequate for most. If you are vegan, there will not be much to offer but there are plenty of pasticceria nearby. Also, tons of restaurants in the vicinity for lunch and dinner.

Great location…a little tired.
The location of this place is amazing, literally 50 ft from the Central Market. If there was a roof deck on premises (like in the photo) no one told us about it but to be fair it was raining. Room was clean. Shower was not - lots of mildew. Staff was very helpful and kind. Rock hard pillows. It worked for us but definitely NOT a luxury experience.

5 stars! My wife and I chose this hotel because it was walking distance from the train station and it was an excellent choice! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Every one of the staff were very helpful but especially Nadine! She offered us lots of helpful tips. The breakfast is also very good and there are many great restaurants in the immediate area. Lovely Hosts
The manager was delightful and helpful and willing to go beyond to help us have a good stay. We arrived early and he insured that we could check into our room and put our bags away so that we could begin enjoying Florence immediately The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Noisy street meant closed windows, which would be ok but the AC was not up to the task. Breakfast was simple but good. Great location and hosts. Would stay here again.

The people that run this hotel are top notch. We had questions like where to eat location of important sites etc they were exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and was well maintained. The included breakfast was excellent. We needed assistance with transportation to the train station they graciously called a cab for us. I could go on and on but suffice to say we had a great stay.
