Well placed for station and city. Clean, quiet and comfortable . Budget hotel so fairly basic but perfect for a short stay. Would come back. Check in time is 1500, we arrived 1420 and had to wait, but they looked after our bags

The design and layout of the room was excellent,with excellent shower facilities. Very convenient for the main railway station and local tram and bus stops. The hotel also provided free bus and tram passes.

The reception personnel were very kind and professional. I especially liked the location, very central with direct access to central train station and the city center in general. Some amenities like a/c, iron and water kettle were missing in the room, but in general it was a great place to stay.

Short term reservation. It was difficult to find the hotel entry, but once at the reception very very friendly and fas check-in, everything was already prepared for my arrival.
Breakfast was very good, and with a very caring service personnel. I think the boss himself was cleaning the tables and asking for ‘everything ok?’.

Disappointing Service and Poor Room Conditions
We had specifically booked a room with a double bed, but upon arrival, we were assigned a room with two single beds. When we raised the issue with the front desk, the staff showed no willingness to assist or offer any alternative, simply stating that no double rooms were available.
However, when we contacted Hotels, and they reached out to the hotel on our behalf, a double room suddenly became available. This lack of transparency and cooperation from the hotel staff was extremely disappointing.
Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was below expectations, and there was a noticeable unpleasant odor both in the common areas and in the room itself.
Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the standards we expected, and we would not recommend this property based on our stay.

It is near train station and close to the trams. Stuff was friendly and welcoming. I have a standard room with old decoration but it didn't bother me.
Unfortunately my room which was in the first floor was too loud, not from the street but I guess there was a loud gym or club in the same building. Also I have requested the double bed room when I booked but I have received twin bed room instead. If the requests are not considered in the room allocation, they should mention this in the hotel page. Beds were also too low and not really comfortable.
