Can't beat this location! Easy to check in, friendly staff, cute room and very accessible to board walk, beach, dining, etc. Appreciated the access to use the pool from the partnered location. Great stay for a weekend.

The property has been recently renovated. Great location in the middle of the boardwalk. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. We have already booked our next trip.

The Starlight Inn is a nostalgic motel that is a quick, easy walk to the beach. It has off street parking up front, and easy access to dining and basic shopping, all within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a great one night stay , only issue was unit 4 had a slow shower drain , when showering . Other than that everything else was great ! Walking distance to beach and restaurants . An ice machine would be a great add to the stay . I would stay there again : )

This place is a true gem! It’s one of the most affordable motels in Carolina Beach, but that doesn’t mean it’s not fantastic! It’s extremely close to the boardwalk and beach access. Recent renovations have made the rooms beautiful and themed to the beach. I only two complaints; there’s no microwave, and the shower head is a little low on the wall. If you plan ahead, or don’t usually care about microwaves, it’s okay! And, while I’m 6’1”, I made do with the shower just fine! I’ll definitely be back again; this motel is perfect for a weekend getaway!

It was a really cute property, I loved the towels the most. They were better quality towels than most “5 star” hotels. It was inviting and I loved how close it is to the beach. I was only there overnight, and during off season, but I’ve definitely decided I’m coming back again.

An amazing inn we stayed in me and my girlfriend loved it so much it was close to everything and we literally were able to watch to almost everything we did besides a few trips we took into Wilmington i definitely recommend this place if your looking for a nice and relaxing vacation

The rooms are updated with very cute decor. The desk manager went out of her way to help us with various requests. It is conveniently located to the beach boardwalk, restaurants, etc. However, there was dust in corners and hair on bath tiles. The room is very small. The bathroom shower was paint over tile, and the paint was chipped in large chunks. When new batteries were put in the door lock, our key codes stopped working.

Facility is old but has been upgraded with average quality job. Bed is very uncomfortable and didn't know we would have to be walking up stairs to out room. Staff was friendly.

Highly recommend
Took a solo trio to the beach for the night. The starlite is walking distance to the beach. The room was very cute and all I needed. This was my first contactless check in and it was very easy.
