Wonderfull hotel, very glose to the ubahn and train station, very close to the town, amasing breakfast, a nice bar and very nice staff. I have vern at the toyfair in 25 years and lived in many hotels in Nürnberg during the years - this is the best one

Perfectly situated just outside the old town. The hotel had ALL YOU need for a city vacation, nothing fancy but - well, all you need.
The personnel was supernice and helpful. I would definitely go there again 👍

I didn't actually get to stay here because of a system glitch that occurred in August 2024 when I made the reservation- it was in the Expedia system but not the hotel's.
The hotel was fully booked when we arrived and I just wanted to share about the incredible customer service we received. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves 5 stars.
She was very apologetic, ensured we were kept comfortable with water supplied and made numerous phone calls to find out what had happened and then to find us a room with breakfast, at their partner hotel about 5 minutes away, honouring the same price from the original reservation.

Very happy with the hotel. I would stay here again.
Rooms were functional and spotless.
The staff were welcoming and professional.
I also felt safe and secure here.
The hotel is less than five minutes' walk from the train station and central Nuremberg.
There's a Domino's pizza across the street, plus other food places in the train station and city.
The single bed was more like small double. I would have liked a slightly bigger duvet, though.
Also, bear in mind that there is no kettle in the room.

Decent budget hotel and close to Hauptbahnhof
The check-in experience was quite uncomfortable; once you got to the hotel, there was a notice to go a check in at another hotel. While the other hotel was only 500 meters away, it’s inconvenient to take your luggage and walk around.
It would have been much easier if they had communicated this process of checkin ahead of time.

The location is good but not so impressed when I checking out and the lift not working. The reception doesn't seem willing to help.
It was on the 1st floor though I told her if I do it myself they have to be responsible if I fall or anything.
I still appreciate her help ultimately.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, vom Check-In über das Frühstückspersonal bis hin bis zum Zimmer- und Check-Out-Personal. Das Zimmer ist super schön, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat uns super gut gefallen. Ebenso das Frühstücksbuffett mit der großen, vielseitigen und leckeren Auswahl.
Das Hotel können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würden auch sofort wieder bei Ihnen buchen.
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten auch richtig abschalten und mit voller Kraft jeden Tag in den Tag starten.
Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof sind nur ca 10 Minuten, da waren wir gleich noch mehr überrascht dass es so nah am Zentrum ist. :)

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anzureisen. Das Zimmer war klein, hatte aber alles was nötig war inkl. Klimaanlage.
