밀레짐이 리뉴얼중이라 주니어 스위트 룸을 예약했음에도 불구하고, 프라이빗 체크인 서비스나 식사공간을 제공받지 못했다. 조식때는 빈접시가 쌓여있어도 서버가 제대로 치워주지 않았다 체크인 당일 거실쪽 티비는 연동되지않아 별도로 수리를 요청해야했고 그에 대한 시간을 할애해야 했으며, 화장실 바디로션은 꼭지가 고장난체 2일이상 방치되었다.
