Terrrible service
The hotel itself is clean, beds are decently comfortable (except for pillows - gave me a headache). Heater/ cooler seems broken: Room felt 90 degrees when we checked in although thermostat showed 61 degrees. We had to run air conditioning (in december) to keep it cool enough to sleep. It still showed it was set at 61, but at least cool air was coming out.
My biggest issue was breakfast. We came down at 9.45 and there was no food left and the place was a disaster - food all over counters and floor. I asked the food attendant and she said: "Its busy and I am working by myself". No apology, just defensive. I told the guy at reception to which he just shrugged and directed me back to food attendant. So they technically do serve hot breakfast, but we did not get to eat. And reception did not seem to care at all about our bad experience. Would never stay here again.
