The pool was freezing, and super cold, there was nothing at the market. No food to purchase or eat, no drinks to purchase. The juice and water were unavailable. The hot water was brown. And they had no plates for breakfast at 8:30 am. I’ve stayed at Tru before and this was disappointing

My only complaint is the breakfast. It wasn’t the greatest. The eggs were blah, the sausage wasn’t fully cooked, the pancake maker wasn’t working.
Now the good parts! The hotel was clean everywhere I went. The room was cute and cozy. The mattress was a little hard but I was so tired it didn’t matter. I loved the atmosphere. The receptionist was a jewel.

Nice short holiday visit!!
Our stay was great!! The room was very nice and clean. Beautiful new facility. There were some minor issues with a leak in the bathroom sink. Maintenance responded promptly. Clients should be told at check in maintenance to the room is every other day.

Room was not cleaned daily or at all during the stay despite asking multiple times. They have a policy where they only clean every other day which is fine but I had to call AND come down to the front desk multiple times just to ask to get my room cleaned. When that didn't work, I ended up asking house keeping who was cleaning the room across from us to come in next. The breakfast is terrible. The yogurt machine and pancake machines don't work. This was not a Hilton style hotel. I'm very disappointed.

I spoke with the property manager, I just had to tell him how lovely this hotel is… The staff was helpful & patient with the check-in also kind… My room was clean, stocked, well supplied… I didn’t have to ask for anything!!! I really enjoyed that personal touch of welcome with my name on the TV screen!

Nice newer no frills hotel. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was next to mall with restaurants and shopping. And near major intersection.

Place had a brand new feel but located in a barren parking lot. Limited breakfast options. They post that they will change towels and empty trash every 2 days but you have to ask for it before they do it

Very clean hotel, easy fast check in. Friendly staff. Bed in room 317 the head of the bed dipped down so your feet were higher. Also breakfast didn’t start till 7 on sat which was a bummer as we had to leave by 6:45am for a soccer tournament! Overall we will use this hotel again.
