Great stay 👍
Excellent spacious apartment everything was brand new, I stayed in July ‘25 …comfy bed & sofa large TV fridge hob & m/wave… modern shower room easy free parking. Quiet area surrounded by bungalows.

onky quibble was when having a shower water taks ages to run away so tray fills up pretty quick

Fantastic unit, layout was compact but so functional, great use of space so that it felt roomy (although would struggle with a large suitcase). Great customer service on Reception. Fun amenities in common area. Plenty of parking. Very clean.

Our stay there was fine for the price. Requested a double bed but the room had a bed that seemed to be for a single person. No elevator service. Parking was fine.

Was a nice stay and in a very good location. Very clean and the staff were so very much helpful. Free parking with lots of spaces
Two issues with the room, the bed was a SMALL double, felt very cramped next to wardrobe and desk. Secondly the shower was excellent but draining was slow.
Was allowed to iron my shirt in the laundry room which is communal, and great snacks and drinks provided in vending machine. Overall would 100% return, maybe to a room with a bigger bed

Not for us
As nice as the rooms are and clean it’s basically modern student accommodation in the middle of a housing scheme far away for anything least 5 min drive away. Felt like walking onto a modern high school campus to stay the night and overlooking a building site of further accommodation. Immediately checked out and lost moneys paid.

The place was hard to find with no signs on the road. We drove past a building site only to find that was the hotel. The room was adequate though rather cramped and a good 20 minutes walk from the city centre.

Very good alternative to local hotels. Student accommodation but to hotel standard.
No restaurant on site, but vending options available.
20 minute walk into town.
Can’t fault it and would definitely recommend.

When we arrived we were very surprised that this place acts as an over flow for the college students. We were very lucky it was during the summer so was quiet.

Open too early
The room itself was fine, bed was a little uncomfortable and two thin pillows didn’t make the best nights sleep but the room was clean and comfortable.
However, the site is still being redeveloped with lots of construction ongoing. Fake grass strewn everywhere and litter and cigarette ends everywhere.
Given this is owned by an incredibly wealthy university, it’s a bit of a liberty. NB, no breakfast is available on or near site. You can buy things for breakfast at the onsite shop, but you won’t have anywhere to cook it.

Excellent amenities as it’s a new build for student accommodation. Excellent laundry facility and helpful staff. You can hear a lot from the hallway, but there wasn’t an issue for sleeping.

Living on a construction site
The room was okay except we couldn’t get the AC to work properly. The one big problem was we were literally on a construction site, and there was very loud building work going on from 7am in the morning, when we were still trying to sleep after a very hot night with no AC.

Modern, comfortable double room perfect for our stay in St Andrews to attend a wedding nearby. Much nicer than other well known budget hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Room was spotless and bed comfy. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The location worked for us but it is on the edge of St Andrews and would be a good walk or taxi ride into the centre. If this doesn’t put you off then I’d definitely recommend staying here. As other reviews have said there are other flats being built on site. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was very quiet but I’d expect some noise during the week.

It’s like a dorm room campus that we had two rooms that open up to a living room that then opens up to courtyards which was pretty neat

Clean basic accommodation
Room was okay for a couple of nights but bed was very compact and hard for me.
Tiny frying pan and pot for one person, we didn’t want to cook but if you do the facilities and utensils are not provided. No microwave in room either.
On a positive note, the room was very clean and bathroom good. Layout was also well thought out for space.
Location in the middle of a run down council estate and a good walk into town. However, a taxi only cost us £5.80 so considering the studio was so cheap for St Andrews, I didnt mind getting taxis.
Depends what you are looking for, if its a bolt hole its perfect, if its luxury then look elsewhere.
Shout out to reception staff though they were jolly and helpful.
