This was a beautiful hotel. It had great front desk, spa and restaurant staff. The location was perfect for strolling through town or taking the bikes out for a ride to the beach. We would highly recommend this place.

This place has a special place in my heart! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. A massive thank you to Karin who always got us to try new dishes during breakfast and always smiling ! The other lovely ladies at breakfast ( sorry lost the paper with the names ) were also very nice to us. So close to everything and the ambiance is 10/10. I would definitely stay here again !! Perfect Stay!
It was amazing!! We loved the stay and the hotel is impeccable. The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the river. The perfect touch to a busy day was the chocolate with the turn down service. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return hopefully one day.

My stay here was absolutely perfect. The rooms are lovely, the hotel pools and bars are all really nice and it's an easy walk to the night market and Ancient Town. The staff are helpful and kind and the food and drinks at the hotel are high quality.

My family and I are world travelers and we enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Hotel Royal. From the courteous staff, to the impeccably clean rooms, to the rooftop pools and excellent service and breakfast, we would stay here again in a heart beat! The location was great. It was outside of the ancient town and very walkable to everything. We enjoyed our river view room with the balcony.

Staff was attentive, nice, and efficient in returning all questions via email. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Spa was wonderful and Emma was the best! Buffet was a two thumbs up for having a variety of choices (Vietnamese, American, healthy, etc.). Great location too! I would def stay here again!

Amazing service, Good breakfast, Awesome pool (2x), Good amount of sunbeds, Walking distance to everything, The room was stunning, the only issue i had was the space on the toilet... as big tall guys might find it cramped or small. Laundry service next door... which is SUPER practical... (they charge pr KG of clothing)

This hotel is beautiful facility just outside of Ancient Town. A very walkable area with many great restaurants nearby. The evening activities in the area are not to be experienced. Ms. Tran in Guest Services was a daily delight.
With two pools, a rooftop bar with a view and very good breakfast buffet it was worth the stay.

A wonderful stay
Very nice hotel. We were not happy with our room and wanted to checkout.The manager was amazing in her approach, she upgraded us to a beautiful suite. Very nice and exremely courteous.
Property reminded us of European boutique hotels.
The food was delicious and we decided to have all meals in the hotel.
