Almost Died
I do not know how lonng the room has been with a broken safety bar in the shower but I fell twice and had nothing to grab onto. When I tried to get up, the shower floor had no gripper pads and the shower was coated with dried soap so I fell belly first and I halmost slammed my neck into the door guide sticking up Would have been my last shower ever. I have degenerative discs in my lower back and 12 hours later, the pain is thru the roof. Calling GM tomorrow and also getting oin touch with corporate. I love Hyatt but not the dangerous shower

The stay was god. David in the parking lot was great! Very find helpful! I had asked for a few easy toiletries I had forgotten and they were out of stock. My room was clean but smelled like mildew. Might want to check the window. Breakfast was nice.

Overnight for concert.
Have stayed here a few times. Rooms are nice and comfortable. It’s close to the local attractions and restaurants. Only complaint I would have that it’s close to the highway and is noisy. Maybe rooms on the other side of the hotel would be better but ours was right next to the road.
