Meh
They double charged me and couldnt reverse the charge without a manager who was not there. Also asked multiple times for receipts and they could not provide one. Was told the manager would call me but never heard from them. They did eventually take the charge off but the whole ordeal was annoying. Rooms had extremely thin walls/doors. Loud kids in the adjoining room sounded like they were in our room.

I thought this hotel was great! For the price I paid it has everything I needed. The breakfast was just bagels and packaged muffins or you could make your own waffle. I would like something hot but it wasn't a big deal. The room was no frills but it felt safe and clean. Pool was terrific, especially with kids!! I would stay again.

Couldn't ask for more
Stayed here for 2 nights and was very comfortable. Didn't swim in the pool area, but it looked very fun and clean. It's a pretty big pool with a really big twisty slide going into it. There's also a very big hot tub in the pool area. There's also a game room in the basement that had a few arcade games in it. They serve breakfast in the morning and it wasn't anything big, but there was lots of good options of pre-packaged things like cereal, muffins, yogurt, bagels, and of course they had a waffle maker that you could use. The gentleman working the desk during the day was extremely helpful and offered a great deal of information to help me when my transportation going back home fell though without me even having to ask. He was very kind to me and actually made what seemed like a very bad situation seem much more manageable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
