convenient location for us but our room across the hallway from fitness center and near lobby was extremely noisy into the night. Booked many months in advance so I can't imagine it was the only room available.

Tim, the assistant general manager, was very kind and patient while helping a new employee with the computer system. He was super sweet and accommodating and made sure I knew if i needed anything during my stay all i had to do was ask

I attended a conference. The food was very tasty and healthy. Our server was attentive and pleasant. I was very happy with the room - comfortable bed and nice linens/towels. The conference facilities worked well for us. The space was well lit and comfortable.

Our room was uncomfortably warm our entire stay. We made 3 separate inquiries to have the issue resolved and nothing was done. Unless you like sleeping in a sauna do not stay here.

A little disappointed
The check in was great. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice. But the conditions of the hotel was not that great. We booked this hotel because of the hot tub. It was out of service. The breakfast bar was out of service. I know they said they had some pipes burst. But I feel that we should have been informed of this ahead of time.

No water on Christmas
The staff was exceptional! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and as helpful as they could be. However, the hotel had a major water break on Christmas Eve which left us without water at the hotel for the following two days until we checked out. This made very unlivable conditions for us on Christmas. We were told to reach out to Expedia for a refund.
