Great hotel! The staff is the highlight as they are friendly, professional, and helpful. I walked most everywhere and felt safe day and night. Clean property and a great rooftop restaurant with a view of the city. Highly recommend.

The water was not hot and even after we informed them about it, it was not that hot, also the bath is very smooth and I also slid without soap and miraculously nothing happened to me.

The water in the shower was only warm. You can't get off any floors unless you have a room key. My friends stayed on the 5th floor and I stayed on the 11th. I tried to go down to the 5th floor, but the elevator would not allow it. I can only go down to the lobby. I guess it's for secuirty purpose. The breakfast buffet was fine. Checking in and out was easy.

The hotel restaurant serves the best breakfast buffet in all of Cebu City. I can't say enough good things about it.
The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is that the showers are have luke-warm water at best. Even after a maintenane guy supposedly worked on it, the showers were still cold. This happened during two different stays, 2 months apart, and when I asked other guests, they reported cold showers as well. The staff do not seem to understand that westerners expect actual hot water, not just tepid water.
I hope the management gets the message and fixes the situation.

従業員の方は皆さん非常に親切で良かった。
日曜日に宿泊したが、2階のパーティ会場で夜の10時頃まで爆音で演奏をしていた。部屋がちょうど3階だったので、会場にいるくらいの音量で早朝に予定があり、早く寝る場合は注意が必要。
（パーティは毎日はやっている訳ではないので運次第？？）
ホテルの近くにあるHouse of Lechonが美味しかったです。

The staff are very good.
Just a suggestion my only request is to put a freshener in your elevator coz the guests can smell something stinky like trash or canal or something like a plumbing problem.
Put a steady freshener that spray every 60 seconds like a glade freshener on top of the elevator. Thats my only concern. We stayed 3 times from May -June

I had a couple of issues with the staff there not communicating things properly. Specifically, I had asked the front desk staff about the closest pharmacy. The staff said they would go get the medicine for me, but I was left waiting with no update, until I finally checked on it about an hour later. Turns out, it's against hotel policy to go run an errand like that. Completely understandable, but as soon as they were told they could not follow through on what they told me they would do, I should have been informed so I could go get the medicine I needed for myself. This was the biggest issue I had.
If you stay here, you have to go enjoy the roof top restaurant/bar. Sometimes, they have live music and it's a really nice experience, including great food and drinks.

My stay with Harolds is pretty decent. I was a little bit disappointed because I booked a Superior Room, 1 King Bed but the room looked dated. The flooring near the desk was damaged and was a tripping hazard. The room did not have a blowdryer and hair conditioner which is what I believe to be a norm in hotels. The room was spacious enough to accommodate all my belongings and the AC was really cold, which is super ideal.
Staff members were quick to respond to requests - very commendable. Also, the breakfast options were really good and tasty.
Overall, it was a good experience and I will consider Harolds next time I visit Cebu.

Nice hotel and vety clean spacious room. The area around the hotel is not the greatest. Not many dining options once walking outside the hotel.
Great acoustic music on roofdeck but ONLY on Sat nights. On Friday night VERY LOUD music with a band playing volume unnecessarily too high.

部屋も清潔で、周辺には歩いて行ける範囲で、レストラン多数。コンビニもすぐそばで便利。
駐車場も広くて良い。
お湯の温度が低いのが残念。
朝ごはんのビュッフェも美味しそうではあったが他に食べに出てしまい食べることは無かった。
