I hv stayed here multiple times in the past. Always had a good to great experience. This time is was the worst. Their customer service front desk was horrible Not friendly rude at times when we needed something This is a casino hotel. But there was a huge amount of kids there with parents. It looked like a kid retreat instead an adult weekend get away Their steaks were a joke. Go to Texas Roadhouse next time. Not worth the $$$$. I won’t be coming back after 5 years staying there

Great place to stay!
Great location! Very clean hotel and friendly staff. My only complaint is how hard one had to shut the door to the rooms. Woke up many times during the night from others shutting their doors to their room. Love that they have Military Appreciation Day on Wednesday and Sunday!

Overall good stay. Don't expect a quiet pool.
Overall enjoyed our 2-night stay. Very welcoming upon arrival, despite the fact that it was past midnight. Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Pool area could use some more attention from hotel staff. I was disappointed when I went to the pool on a Wednesday evening and two different groups were playing loud music from their personal bluetooth speakers. One group ignored all signs and brought a cooler into the pool . They proceeded to drink beer from glass bottles, even in the water. To top it all off there were no dry towels available at the pool.
