Clean and in a good location. No courtyard for outdoor gathering - my only reason for less than 5 stars. Staff friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.

This was a fairly normal Hampton Inn. We came here because of the amazing rating but found the hotel did not live up to what we had hoped. It is still a decent hotel though

We stayed here because we had a concert in Hopkins and didn’t wanna drive all the way back to where we live in the cities. We love that we know exactly what we’re gonna get with Hampton Inn. The breakfast was well stocked and good. Would stay here again.

Comfortable, well maintained and great breakfast
This hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located for our needs. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. It was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The parking lot really filled up later in the evening. I am glad we got there by 5:30 as there were little no spaces remaining later in the evening.

Friendly greet from the desk person. He was very informative. Room was clean, bathroom clean. Area getting to the hotel a little hidden and confusing but it was safe. Overall very satisfied 😌

Great comfort, terrible customer service
Very rude check in person. Told me there were no other rooms when I asked to be moved away from traffic noise. Said “ take it or leave it”. Also asked for a carton of milk, it was evening, and he said no, don’t have any. We have made this same request at other hotels including your chain time from time and they always go to kitchen and provide the milk.! Just not very welcoming or accommodating.
