I paid extra for a room with a jetted tub due to sciatica. The water temp was lukewarm at best and zero water pressure filling up the tub. It took 20 mins to get the water level above the jets

The parking lot lights shined directly into the window and no matter what I tried could not adequately block the light.

When I come home to visit, I stay at this hotel and have for several years. The rooms and interior of the hotel seem to have aged even faster than I have, but I felt safe and it was a convenient location.

Had the presidential suite for 4 nights.
The room was decent, but the jacuzzi tub did not work properly. Also had to request multiple extra blankets, because the ones on the beds were paper thin. Pillows were terrible. Overall not a bad stay, just cost a LOT of money for what we had.
