A 53rd anniversary gone bad
We were offered a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our 53rd anniversary. It never arrived until late in the evening after we had asked for it before dinner. While dressing for dinner a turn down was offered but as we were dressing we asked the lady to please come while we were at dinner. She never came back. In the morning we had to take cold showrers because there was no hot water. The front desk gave us a financial credit but the room still cost over $500 and it cant replace a problem filled 53rd annivarsary.

The room was lovely. The staff were all friendly and courteous The shuttle drivers were entertaining and prompt. As a senior, being dropped off close to the mansion as well as the other buildings, was extremely helpful to me. Even though we had a car, the shuttle was a great way to get from place to place on the Biltmore property.

Biltmore Inn review
We have stayed at the inn before and it was 5 star...our room on this stay was not 5 star...the room hadn't been refurbished yet and the inn must not be doing maintenance on these rooms...dirty carpets...clearly no steam cleaning and musty room due to moldy hvac unit
