The front desk was great but the room was very nasty. There was urine stain on the toilet seat. There was a roach walking on the floor in the room. The window shade was broken.

My check in would have been perfect but the room key didn’t work. After several attempts my room was finally switched it wasn’t properly turned over so I had to do a clean up myself. The staff was great the first was room was immaculate/clean smelled nice. Second room not so much, I’d stay here again.

When we got there ..Roaches walking around during the day i only imagine how bad during the day..Horrible smell...hallway and the rooms, holes in the wall..instantly requested a refund...still no refund 5days later

Arrived..sign at desk said they were sold out contact third party for refund.manaher on duty says they have told expedia they have no rooms but they continue to book.still waiting on my refund.me n my family had to sleep at a rest area in the car due to the event in the city all hotels were sold out

Wasn’t good, spider webs coming down from the ceiling and no hot water to shower.
Would not stay here again.
Wanted to check out a day early and they would not refund me the day I did not stay.

Property smells like people smoke marihuana even though is supposed to be smoke free. I got charges $25 per day for bringing my dog, and the room didn’t get clean during the three night I stayed. One of the alternate entrances was broken and the stairs smell like pee.

The fact they charge an additional $100 for a deposit is absurd. It mentions no where online about it. I don’t know why you need a deposit when they place looks awful, broken screens, chipping paint, foul odors, dirty blinds, leaking faucets, it looks more like an apartment complex than anything and one that you do not want to go near. We will not be back here , maybe they should update the webpage for what it honestly looks like
